Fast Track
If you feel that your dog is capable of doing the 'Basic Level' without doing the course, a fee of £10 will allow you to take the 'Basic Level' test. If you pass, you can then progress on to the other courses.
In order to pass, you will be tested on:
- Heel on lead
- Sit on command in heel position
- Down on command in heel position
- Sit, stay for 1 minute, handler in sight and 10 yards away
- Down, stay for 5 minutes, handler in sight and 10 yards away
- recall from any position and 10 yards away
- Temperament test - Dog to be examined by judge, looking at ears, teeth, feet and tail. Dog not to show any signs of aggression.
